Annual Compliances as per Pollution Control BoardAnnual Hazardous waste return:
As per hazardous waste management rules, annual hazardous waste return needs to be submitted to the State Pollution Control Board/ Pollution Control Committee in Form 4 following the financial year to which that return relates.
Form V – Environmental Statement
Environmental statement (Form V) is the process of self-Inspection for Improvement in Processes and Reduction in waste over the last year. Environmental Statement needs to be submitted to the respective Pollution Control board for the financial year ending.
